SAP Logon problem

Hi All,

I am not able to Logon to my remote SAP.

My VPN is connection  successfully.

also in ping the IP in command prompt it is working fine

But ,

when I am clicking the SAP Login button I am getting one error message 

error message

partner not reached

WSAECONNREFUSED : Connection refused
