maybe you want to support my recent idea about "UME api: Extend the api to ume actions", see

We have the need of creating customized roles for certain user types. It would be of great help to be able to read ume actions and the relation role to actions. Read operation would be sufficient. I really do not understand why this has not been implemented yet.
